The skills base has successfully deployed over 200 IP call centre and IP-PBX solutions and has a combined experience of over 150 man years in this space. Sepia focuses on the deployment of the latest technology voice and unified communication solutions based on open standards SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) voice/video/media over IP. The solutions are focused at carrier hosted solutions, including hosted IP-PBX, hosted contact centre as well as large enterprise IP telephony and IP contact centres. The solutions are based on a variety of software components including the Avaya* SIP Application Server and reusable components that have been developed by Sepia/BB&D.

A large deployment of this solution has been successfully undertaken and is in production at a large SA Government department. Further details of this can be provided upon request. Key to the value proposition of Sepia is complete flexibility in the application which is able to be deployed, developed by Sepia and re-usable in any number of customer environments over the open standards SIP protocol. These include all basic and advanced PBX functions, IVR, ACD and call queuing, voice recording, quality assurance, outbound (predictive) dialling, and other custom requirement that a client may have.
