Technology


Sepia Unified Communications is committed to working with and towards relevant open standards. Any given solution of which the SIP A/S is part requires integration with multiple vendors and use of standards and specifications, from Media Resource Servers to PSTN Gateways. The application server and service delivery stack only use prescribed industry standard protocols, i.e. SIP, SOAP, RMI, and XML etc. No proprietary protocols are used.

The open architecture allows for any components to be replaced by alternative in-house or 3rd party systems, i.e. should our client not want a bespoke billing or user management platform or portal, the alternative component would just plug into the our enterprise service bus layer.
